Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges
All flight bookings made through are subject to airline fare rules and conditions. As we provide flight booking assistance over call, all cancellations, refund requests, or changes must be initiated by contacting our customer support team directly.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Airline tickets may be eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of booking, depending on the airline’s policy. A service fee may still apply. After 24 hours, all cancellations are strictly governed by the respective airline’s terms and conditions, and applicable cancellation charges will be deducted.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Certain bookings may be non-refundable, including:
- Tickets marked as non-refundable by the airline
- Bookings made within 7 days (168 hours) of departure on low-cost carriers
- No-show cases, where the passenger fails to board the flight without prior notice
In case of a no-show, the full ticket amount is usually forfeited as per airline policy. To avoid this, customers must inform at least 4 hours prior to departure.
Changes & Exchanges
Changes such as passenger name corrections or itinerary modifications are generally not permitted after booking, as per airline policies. Any allowed changes will be processed according to airline rules and may involve additional charges.
Refund Process
Refund requests will only be processed if:
- The airline fare rules allow refunds
- The booking is not classified as a no-show

Refund Timeline

Service Fees
